Nina Zeilerbauer

CO-FOUNDER


Nina graduated from Oxford Brookes in 2000 and has over 20 years recruitment expertise. Co-founding Madison Berkeley enabled her to bring all of her past experiences together to offer the market distinctive and very tailored consultancy services. She is a proud Londoner, loving its vibrancy and history, but also has a life-long passion for the great outdoors and adventurous travel.

Clare Coe

CO-FOUNDER


Clare studied Real Estate at the University of Reading and graduated in 2009. She previously worked as a Surveyor for Strutt and Parker and has over 10 years real estate recruitment experience working for a large real estate recruitment company. Clare enjoys establishing long term relationships and getting to know candidates and clients well which is a key to her success. Clare enjoys family holidays to Portugal and Norfolk, horse riding and catching up with friends over a glass of wine.

Christine Scott

Director


Christine has been working in the property recruitment market since 2000, starting her career with a boutique executive search business and then from 2004 with a large real estate recruitment company. Over the past 20 years, Christine has built up a strong network of long-term relationships and an extensive contact base. She has a demonstrable track record of connecting candidates with the right clients and making successful placements. Outside of the office, Christine enjoys spending time with her young family, keeping active, sunny holidays and seeing family and friends.

Emma Sims

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR


Emma graduated in 2007 from Manchester Metropolitan University. Emma has worked within Real Estate for the last 9 years, which has resulted in an extensive network of long-term relationships and industry knowledge. She has a proven track record of connecting talent and demonstrates an exceptional ability to interpret client need and seek out the best individuals. Outside of the office Emma enjoys travelling, skiing and Pilates.

Jack Brooke

Associate Director – Asset Management & General Practice


Jack has been working in the real estate sector since 2013 after studying Real Estate at Northumbria University. Jack started his career in Dubai working for a residential real estate agency before returning to London. Since then, he has nearly 7 years’ experience working for a large global recruitment firm where he specialised in delivering senior level Permanent & Interim recruitment solutions to real estate companies across London with a specialist focus towards Property Management, Asset Management, and Investment Analysts Roles. Jack takes pride in the long-term relationships he builds with his candidates and clients making sure he fully understands the candidates’ ambitions and client requirements. Outside of the office you’ll find Jack on the golf course or in the crowd at almost any sporting event.

Freddie Bulgin

ASSOCIATE


Freddie studied Construction Management and Surveying at University of Reading graduating in 2010. Since then he has split his time working in real estate recruitment focussing on construction and surveying, and then spent nearly 5 years working as an Acquisition Manager for an investment fund specialising in the purchase of freehold and long lease billboard sites across the UK and Europe.  Away from the office, Freddie will be found having a hack round the golf course, looking after his young family or catching up with friends.

James Anderson

Consultant – Development & Construction


James studied Economics with Business at Manchester Metropolitan University before choosing to study Real Estate at Nottingham Trent graduating in 2019. He has since worked as a Graduate Surveyor working on the Manchester City Council estate and other public sector clients, as well as working briefly at Lambert Smith Hampton. Outside of the office James enjoys swimming and cricket, in addition to travelling and watching his beloved Derby County.
