EMEA Transaction Manager - Associate Director



The Role

EMEA Transaction Management role working for one of the most respected Corporate Advisory teams in London. They have a very close and long standing relationship with this financial services client, and now need an experienced Senior Surveyor or Associate Director with a track record in successfully representing large corporate occupiers. 


  • At least 3-5 year experience in representing corporate occupiers 
  • Experience in working with banking and finance sector clients is an advantage 
  • Transaction management experience (with focus on offices) across multiple geographies, specifically Europe and UK 
  • Strong experience in leasehold transactions (acquisitions, disposals, renewals alike; experience with freehold is a plus)
  • Ability to manage high volume of transactions across various markets including managing internal and external stakeholders from initiation to transaction completion
  • Understanding of Client Relationship Management systems, sharepoints and transaction management and tracking tools and platforms 
  • Understanding of UK contracts and leasing laws
  • Good understanding of excel / financial modelling (discounted cash flow calculations and financial comparisons)
  • Reporting and presentation skills (extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and presentation and reporting tools) 
  • Able to establish and continuously develop a strong rapport and working relationship with the client and also with colleagues
