Transaction Management - Global Occupiers



The Role

Unique opportunity to work for the most well developed and advanced supplier of property related consultancy advice to Fortune 500 firms. They have a globally respected team who work with occupiers at various levels of engagement, from providing in depth advice across large geographically spread Real Estate portfolio’s to supporting project specific advice to occupiers who are expanding or contracting their portfolio’s.

The necessity for occupiers of commercial property to develop a real estate strategy is changing. Real estate requirements today have radically changed from what they were in the past and will continue to evolve as transformations in technology, access to data, talent development and attraction, transportation, and the ways in which companies work, impact how to build the right blend of real estate. Companies often lack internal Real Estate experts and need to outsource this function – our client are the world’s leading appointed firm in this field.

They are currently seeking a number of Transaction Managers to work across varied client accounts, or occasionally to be specifically embedded with one client, acting almost as an in house Property department.

Strategic Transaction Management

  • Building strong relationships with the business and understand various departments property needs
  • Identify portfolio opportunities
  • Work with business to create a business plan for their property estate
  • Generate asset plans 18-24 months prior to critical date (lease details/ market knowledge/ operational investment required/ utilisation information)
  • Lead project from kick off through to completion, engaging with various stakeholders throughout
  • Ensure all due diligence and procedures are adhered to
  • Provide recommendations and manage associated risks


  • Real estate degree (required)
  • RICS qualification (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years real estate experience
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority
  • Previous transactional experience – either in a similar role or in Commercial Agency
  • Experience with financial modelling in Excel is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrates understanding of general commercial leasing concepts
  • Close attention to detail and strong organisational skills; ability to multi-task in order to meet client deadlines
  • Proven client facing experience
  • Ambitious and self – motivated
