A fantastic opportunity to move clientside to work for one of the leading commercial investors and developers in the South East working within a small team, taking on responsibility for the management portfolio. The current investment portfolio comprises of one large shopping centre, high street/ out of town retail property, multi-let industrial estates, offices, roadside uses and residential.
The role will be to provide a full property management service including the scrutiny of budgets and budgeting, the issuance and reconciliation of estate service charges, monitoring the lease compliance of tenants, coordinating repairs, refurbishments and maintenance plans and managing a small team to deliver all property management services effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for promoting good working relationships across a range of tenants, consultants and contractors, sharing best practice and developing the team.
Candidates will need to have a minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial property management, to include shopping centre management. You will be able to demonstrate the delivery of a high standard of property management, with meticulous attention to rental income collections, service charges, stakeholder and tenant liaison and communications, asset repair and maintenance and management of landlord expenditure and void costs. MRICS is desirable, a driving licence is a must.
