The Role

Boutique Office Agency firm with a very good reputation for London focused occupier led acquisitions work, as well as an increasing amount of landlord leasing, want to expand upon their success and grow their team. They are looking for an experienced person to bolster, and help lead the team - ideal candidates will be AD or junior Director level with some management experience under their belts. 

The role requires a wide range of skills in order to win new business in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment. This role can be demanding, however, offers a very rewarding career overall with the ability to lead client projects and develop business in an ambitious and thriving company. This role is well suited to individuals with drive and dedication to client satisfaction and a strong interest in the Central London Commercial Real Estate market.

Requirements of experience:

  • New business pitching
  • Leasehold acquisition experience
  • Leasehold disposal experience on behalf of Tenants and Landlords
  • Lease advisory experience with specific regard to Rent Reviews, as well as Lease Renewals would be beneficial but not essential
  • Experience in strategic leasehold commercial property advice
  • Presentation to Board Members
  • Compiling market research and reports


  • Negotiation skills are paramount
  • Time management and organisation
  • Ability to work efficiently under time pressure/ constraints
  • Strong market knowledge of Commercial Real Estate in Central London
  • Innovation in terms of marketing and branding concepts for a continual evolving business
  • Ability to build solid professional relationships with both clients and within the industry
