The Role

Senior Surveyor/Associate level Commercial Valuer required by global RE Advisory firm to be responsible for the valuation of commercial investment properties, primarily for funds and institutions, across all UK geographies, with a focus on Retail / Shopping Centres.  The role involves producing well considered valuations, liaising with and reporting to clients, presenting rationales and providing ad hoc scenario advice.  The role also includes the opportunity to assist in advancing the companies ESG agenda throughout the firm and taking on additional responsibilities within the department.

The company are renowned for providing expert  comprehensive range of single and portfolio valuations, market appraisals and consultancy services across both commercial and residential sectors.

Qualifications/Education Required.

• Degree educated
• MRICS

Career Experience

• Broad UK property and/or fund/portfolio valuations experience.
• Registered under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme.
• Ideal candidates will have experience valuing Retail Properties
