The Role

Recently Qualified Surveyor sought by a market leading advisory side firm, to join a dedicated Property and Asset Management team looking after a prime portfolio of central London Office and Retail properties on behalf of an client they have a very long standing relationship with. The role will involve working closely with this high profile client, and taking responsibility for your own buildings within the portfolio. Requirements

• Ambitious and dynamic RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor
• Experience managing commercial properties.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to swiftly build gravitas amongst clients.
• Positive attitude, true team player with a ‘can do’ approach.
