The Role

Our client, a boutique real estate UK focussed Investment Manager are seeking an Asset Manager to join their close knit team. Due to continued growth and successful launch of a new fund they are looking to expand. The role will involve hands on, strategic asset management across their mixed-sector portfolio of UK assets.

Requirements:

• MRICS with 3-7 years PQE
• Experience across various sectors preferrable
• Proven asset management experience, ideally client side
• Consultancy candidates considered if they have good leasing experience
• Analytical – able to rationalise decisions numerically
• Personable, dynamic, diligent and hard-working
