Account Executive - PropTech


The Role

Leading Prop-Tech firm whose product has been extremely well received by the Commercial RE sector, are looking for an Account Executive to help grow their UK market coverage. They have a next generation virtual reality product that allows developers, landlords and agents to very quickly and accurately capture and present their space in VR to occupiers, design teams and the wider market. The technology can capture very large and complex spaces in less than a third of the time of conventional methods, and at a very attractive price point. The technology is already being utilised by leading PE firms, as well as a number of the top five global RE advisory firms but they would like an MRICS Real Estate professional with a great network to help with further market penetration. Likely candidates will come from either Investment Agency or Office Leasing but wish to diversify and apply their skills and market contacts in a fast growing Prop-Tech environment. It’s a very strategic role and you will have a deep impact on the product’s revenue and trajectory. For ambitious candidates they offer an excellent opportunity to make a real mark and help roll out something that will change the way commercial space is captured and presented forever.



Key Attributes:


  • The ideal candidate will need to be a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) with 4 years + practical experience in commercial real estate
  • You should be an articulate communicator who can build relationships quickly,
  • Demonstrable team leadership experience.
  • Demonstrable contacts and network in London and across the UK.
  • Client facing experience in either consultative or transactional sales.
