1014 Senior Sustainability Consultant / AD - Real Estate Consultancy


The Role

We’re working with a prestigious and well-known real estate consultancy who are looking to add to their successful team.  They see this person coming in at a Senior level but would also look at intermediate or AD level candidates. They work with property of all types, ranging from the world’s most iconic rural estates through to the country’s leading urban developments and property portfolios. Clients come from both the public and private sectors, and they work with organisations of all sizes


The role will involve working with their clients to meet their ESG goals and deliver technical certification, as well as working with occupiers, surveyors, and site teams to carry out BREEAM In-Use assessments. The person will be knowledgeable in their area and understand current market trends and impacts and use this to drive work to the Certifications team. The successful person will also be responsible for working alongside their Director to ensure business development, service line planning, financial management and also the management of a small team.


Flexible working policy in place with a pick of your office location, which could be London, Leeds, Manchester or Cambridge.  



BSc/BA Degree in Sustainability or equivalent.

At least 2 years’ experience as a BREEAM In-Use Assessor.

Understanding of sustainability building certifications.

Property sector specific experience.

Ability to independently prepare findings reports and presentations.

Experience of working with sustainability data, including knowledge of energy, water, waste & carbon.

Completely IT literate with high level of competence in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas.
