The Role

Madison Berkeley are delighted to be working with a sought after industrial & logistics developer with a strong and long standing track record. Due to expansion they are seeking a Senior Asset Manager to join their first class team.

This is an autonomous role taking control of the design and the individual asset strategy and to implement this at portfolio level. You will be responsible for the implementation of asset management strategies to include lettings, re-gears, rent reviews, disposals as well as identifying development opportunities within the portfolio, including further enhancement works in order to optimise a given asset. Candidates should ideally be MRICS qualified with at least 7 years PQE and have relevant experience managing complex sites.
