The Role

Madison Berkeley is delighted to be working with a well-established and reputable Project and Cost Management Consultancy.  Working with them to help source Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with hospitality experience. The projects are varied up to £10M and consist of complex cut and carve, new build and refurbishments.  Projects are UK wide so there will be some travelling involved.  To be considered you will ideally be a chartered (MRICS / MAPM / MCIOB) Project Manager, with hotels / hospitality experience or alternative residential experience. 

You will be involved in the project from RIBA stage 1 onwards, working very closely with the client and the wider team.  In return you will be given the opportunity to work with some of the industry's leading s and will be given support and training throughout the development lifecycle.
