The Role

International PE / Investment Management business with a Real Estate AUM of over £2BN, are looking for an Office focused Asset Manger to drive value from a large, multi building site in London as well as inputting into other schemes across the UK. The main scheme is complex and has a lot of ongoing development and refurbishment work, including the change of use of an Office building to Student Accommodation, and adding a few storey's to an existing parade of retail and F&B. It's an Office led mixed use scheme, and there is also a lot of place making work to be done, as well as leasing, lease regears, and dealing with existing high profile tenants.  You will also have involvement in a variety of other properties, and they going to be very acquisitive in 2023 so it’s a rapidly evolving portfolio. They are looking for someone with pre existing clientside experience, and candidates must have strong experience driving value in the Office sector, ideally with good London market expertise. They offer the ability to work on international properties in the future, and learn from a well respected team of asset management professionals in the future.

Requirements

• MRICS with 2 – 5 years PQE, including working for an Investor, Developer or Fund
• Hands on Asset Management experience, including working on development/refurbishment projects; lease renewals and rent reviews, and leasing campaigns
• Experience working on Office properties in the UK, with other sector experience highly desirable
• Strong report writing skills
• Proficiency in excel, including DCF’s
• High commercial acumen, as well as being collaborative and team orientated
