Madison Berkeley have been exclusively instructed by a boutique commercial office investment company who hold a track record of producing vibrant, creative, flexible office space across the UK. The company have been trading for close to 20 years and current host over 350 creative businesses who play a key role in developing a lively, collaborative and professional environment for companies of all sizes.

We are looking for an MRICS Qualified Commercial Asset Manager who can manage their own portfolio of four multi-tenanted office buildings across the UK, assets are based in London, Birmingham, Reading and East Anglia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full life cycle of the office buildings negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals, new lettings, refurbishment programmes, identifying value add opportunities, liaising with the property managers, managing rent collections and arrears, maximising optimal building performance and occupancy rates. We are looking for creative thinkers who can contribute to the key USP’s of this company who deliver collaborative, vibrant and community lead office space.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional surveyor who is looking for wider responsibility, an all-encompassing asset management role within an organisation who promote ownership with a collaborative culture.
