The Role

Our client is a leading UK commercial real estate investment manager who have a highly skilled real estate team and a great track record. They are now seeking an Asset Manager to join their retail team who can demonstrate their ability and passion for asset management, and can complete their own deals.

The duties of the role will include:

• Completing strategic asset management initiatives with a view to significantly improve property values - this will include refurbishments, redevelopment, lease negotiations, and more
• Coordinating the disposal of assets further to value enhancement
• Providing analysis to justify asset strategy
• Presenting to the investment committee on the progress of strategies
• Managing third parties including Property Managers, Legal Professionals, Valuers, Lease Advisors
• Liaising with the investment managers to provide input on acquisition strategies
• Having knowledge of the impact ESG is having on the property sector and be able to demonstrate how they can factor this into their asset management approach
