The Role

Our client is a leading developer, operator and asset manager of Science Parks they own and manage multiple assets in the UK and expanding their position with new developments and acquisitions and also operate on a Pan European basis.  They are growing the close knit team and now looking for a Junior Asset Manager to work with Senior Asset Managers to contribute the maximisation of the income of the portfolio.  You will be expected to use strong management and entrepreneurial skills to ensure that assets are managed successfully, efficiently and profitably.  It’s a great role to follow the journey of a life science building from design to completion.
 
Responsibilities:
 

• Maximise  performance of assets

• Establish strong relationships with tenants and leverage opportunities

• Assist in the preparation of the annual asset and operation strategy

• Identifying and executing value add opportunities across the assets

• Leasing and sales

• Work alongside the wider commercial, development & ecosystem team to deliver a ecosystem

• Creating brand and asset awareness

 
Requirements
 

• Good knowledge of leasing activity across the UK 

• Passionate about tenant interaction

• Able to work independently

• Ideally MRICS with a strong ambition

• 0-1 year PQE

• Life science experience isn’t required, but a candidates should show a keen interest in the sector
