The Role

Investment Manager and Owner of a large portfolio of nationwide Shopping Centres are looking for a hands on Asset Manager to drive value from their own portfolio of centres across the UK. Their Asset Managers take full end to end responsibility for the buildings under their remit, and the role includes Leasing, L&T, running refurbishment and redevelopment projects and also building close relationships with customers. They are happy to consider candidates working advisory side who want to make the move into a clientside Asset Management role, or people with existing Retail Asset Management experience. Candidates must be MRICS, and will ideally be 2 – 5 years PQE, with a background in Retail Property Management, L&T or Valuations; or Retail Asset Management experience at a similar company. Requirements

• MRICS with 2 - 5 years PQE
• Experience working on Retail assets, ideally Shopping Centres or Outlets
• A background in Asset Management, Retail Property Management, Valuations or L&T with a desire to move into Asset Management
• Strong customer facing experience
