Madison Berkeley are delighted to be instructed by an independent real estate advisory partnership who offer their valued clients a best in class experience and well rounded services covering, Agency, Investment, Property Management, Development Advisory and Building Surveying. 

This profitable independent partnership is looking to build upon a successful year of growth, this opportunity will allow the successful candidate freedom and flexibility to create their own pathway with the full backing of the business to build a team.

We are looking for an experience commercial office agent at director level with the drive and ambition to proactively business develop, expand the client base, drive department growth and revenue.

Key responsibilities:

• Business development of new clients, generating leads and contributing to the annual fee targets.
• Servicing existing instructions that include Central London offices.
• Acquisition & Disposal of prime office space in London & Greater London
• Providing general consultancy advisory services to key clients which may include, asset management, lease transactions and development advice.
• Building lasting relationships with tenants, landlords, investors and key stakeholders. 
• Preparation of marketing materials, developing marketing strategies and negotiating terms.
