The Role

A fantastic strategic & transactional opportunity to join a stable and growing national retailer who are looking for an Estates Manager to join the internal property team. The role plays a pivotal part in managing their real estate interests across their portfolio; supporting the Head of Property on acquisitions, lease renewals/re-negotiations and disposals in line with agreed strategy, to ensure the best terms are achieved.

You should have circa 3+ years experience and ideally MRICS qualified with experience operating within the retail property market. As well as a full understanding of the negotiation process aligned to lease arrangements. You should be results driven and have good networking skills to develop internal and external relationships. Candidates who are agency side with retail lease advisory experience will also be considered.
