The Role

Madison Berkeley is delighted to be working with a well-established and reputable Project and Cost Management Consultancy.  Working with them to help source Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with hospitality experience. The projects are varied up to £10M and consist of complex cut and carve, new build and refurbishments.  Projects are UK wide so there will be some travelling involved.  To be considered you will ideally be a chartered (MRICS / MAPM / MCIOB) Project Manager, with hotels / hospitality experience or alternative residential experience. 

You will be involved in the project from RIBA stage 1 onwards, working very closely with the client and the wider team.  In return you will be given the opportunity to work with some of the industry's leading names and will be given support and training throughout the development lifecycle.
