A niche forward thinking real estate advisory consultancy is currently looking for senior surveyor or associate with ideally office agency experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a small team with huge growth potential but a business that already has a solid foundation of clients and work in the pipeline. With personalisation and sustainability at the core of their business they are looking for someone that can add to this but also bring new ideas and push the business in the right direction. The business specialises in:

• site and property acquisitions
• development and refurbishment consultancy
• the creation of innovative workspace products
• property marketing
• flex lease brokerage
• lease re-gears 
• commercial sales
• corporate real estate advisory
• occupier workspace acquisition searches

• 2–3 years’ experience working in the Central London real estate markets
• Ideally exposure to office leasing and or property/workspace acquisitions
• RICS qualification, but not essential
• A passion for design and architecture, particularly in terms of workspace products and interior design
• A willingness to put sustainability at the heart of whatever we do
• The ability to lead marketing campaigns, delivering them with flair and creativity
