The Role

Global pension fund with a growing portfolio of Commercial and Residential Alternatives Assets are looking for a very bright and numerate Analyst to work on the Asset Management team, affiliated to their large nationwide portfolio of institutional grade Offices. You will assist a Senior Asset Manager on the implementation of the best value creation strategy for the assets. Ideally candidates need a RICS accredited degree and have either completed or started their APC. The Analyst will take responsibility for:

• Proving analysis contributing to the definition of the asset strategy, the preparation of the annual business plans
• Set-up financial models (DCF)
• Contribute to the preparation and the monitoring of the asset budgets (revenues, opex and capex) coordinating with the property managers or asset operators
• Monitor external valuations
• Monitor asset KPI’s and contribute to reporting of the investors
• Contribute to the supervision of tenancy issues, claims and potential law suits with legal advisors
• Contribute to the implementation of the marketing and letting strategy
• Contribute to the monitoring of refurbishment or development programs coordinating with internal and/or external development experts.
• Assist in the preparation of disposals (data room, valuation, RFP, etc...)
• Support some investment underwritings led by the Acquisitions teams

• RICS certification is preferred, although they will look at candidates due to sit the APC this year if they haven't already passed
• 18 months - 3 years RE Industry experience
• Understanding of legislations and/or financial techniques relating to real estate assets and investments
• Strong analytical skills
