The Role

Real Estate Investment Manager, who co-invest with PE partners, are looking for a Property Analyst to join a growing team. The role will involve supporting a busy team of Asset Managers, helping drive business performance and insight. They are looking for someone who has strong excel skills, but at a relatively junior level, and are happy to put candidates through the APC or help with additional excel modelling training.
Role involves:

• Supporting production of quarterly ExCo and third party reports.
• Performing weekly database checks and undertaking required updates.
• Liaising with Property Managers regarding database queries.
• Monitoring leasing events and maintaining leasing tracker
• Logging Purchase Orders for the Asset Management Team
• Maintaining lease proformas
• Liaising with Asset Management team to maintain tenancy schedules
• Ad hoc requests to support the Asset Management Team.

• Property / Real Estate industry experience essential or relevant degree studies
• Good Analytical and Financial Modelling skills
• Understanding of property level performance metrics
• Understanding of relevant commercial disciplines
• Good communication skills – written and verbal
• Good relationship management and influencing skills
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
