The Role

Madison Berkeley are delighted to be working closely with a highly successful boutique investment agency that are looking to expand within their market leading industrial investment team. The agency has a fantastic reputation and although they are small compete with the biggest players in the sector. They are looking for an experienced investment agent with ideally industrial experience and someone confident in running cashflows on excel. This is an exciting, fast paced environment with a great family feel within the team and wider business. The business has an exceptional client list, and you can expect client exposure from day one.

Responsibilities include:

•              Supporting a wide variety of industrial transactions including significant light industrial, logistics and portfolio transactions as well as land and funding deals
•              Supporting with acquisitions, sales and fundings
•              Sales – market pricing advice notes, preparing marketing details, interest schedules, meets with clients, HOTs, management of legal process
•              Acquisitions – market research, running cashflows on KEL and excel. As well as Advice notes, offer letters, etc
•              You will be exposed to a balanced split of sales and acquisitions so will gain excellent exposure to both
•              Encouraged to host agent and clients and funding to support these events to help strengthen your network
•              Initiatives and ideas are welcome, and efficiency is key – there is minimal report writing but a big emphasise on good attention to detail and ability to take responsibility for communicating with clients
