Development Project Manager - Commercial Developer
Madison Berkeley is excited to be working with a London centric developer specialising in complex commercial led assets. Due to internal change and growth within their business our client is looking for an Development Project Manager to join their successful team. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a developer at this early stage in your career with the opportunity to work on best-in-class commercial projects.
Day to day duties will include:
Supporting the Director / Senior Project Manager
Liaise with and coordinate the activities of design/ project teams
Attend meetings and prepare accurate records/ minutes
Prepare reports and project control documents
Cost and budget control including payments
Support the procurement process
To be considered, you will have:
3-5 years post graduate relevant work experience gained in either a consultancy or contracting environment
Relevant degree qualification
An interest in design, passion and ambition, a willingness to listen and learn and the confidence to express an opinion
Good inter-personal skills, Client facing and able to work in teams
Good grasp of basic computer software tools – word, excel, power point etc
